Meet Carter and Alyssa...

Meet Carter and Alyssa (Aly)... This past week I traveled to Haxtun to take some first birthday pictures of little Carter. I pretty much made a complete fool of myself trying to get a smile but he wasn't about to fall for anything... Even though we didn't get a lot of smiles from little Mr. Serious we did get some awesome pictures! Carter and his big sister Aly have the most beautiful blue eyes, I couldn't help but stare at them! Carter might not have liked the picture session but Aly was LOVING it and her pictures definitely show it! :) I could have posted a million pictures of these kids but I promised myself only 5!!! Here are just a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Look at those eyelashes!!
This old rusted out fuel tank made a great background especially with those BLUE eyes!

And of course Aly in her little princess dress...

Okay, I know I said ONLY 5 but I just had to post a cake picture... After all it is his First Birthday! :) Thank you Carter and Aly for letting me photograph you. I had so much fun getting to know both of you. I hope to see you again soon! :)

Welcome Ava...

Many of my loyal blog followers may remember the day I was waiting for my new little cousin to arrive... Well, she made it! On May 15th we welcomed Ava Elizabeth into our family. This little girl is so lucky because she has so many people who love her. During the shoot with little Ava we were lucky enough to get some very special pictures with her Grandparents and Great-Grandparents. These pictures definitely hold a special place in my heart as does this sweet little girl. :) I made a promise to myself that I was only going to post 5 pictures from each session to save myself some time but I just had to make an exception this time. Enjoy!

Ava should feel safe in Grandpa's big hands...

Thank you so much Adam and Chrissy for letting me photograph little Ava. I am so glad to be part of her life and I can't wait to watch her grow. :)

Three times the joy... Triplets!

Meet Ciana, Cade, and Emoree... These tiny little miracles are just 5 weeks old and are doing great!. I truly enjoyed every second I spent with this family, they are so nice. I couldn't believe how scheduled and content everyone was! :) When I found out I was going to be photographing newborn triplets I was nervous but definitely excited!! I was really expecting total chaos but everything went so smooth. It took us about an hour to get them settled down and positioned for the pictures which was great because that meant I got to hold one of them for an entire hour. :) After we got them positioned the entire session took only about 2 hours which is really good for that many babies... These are some of my favorite pictures so far... but who could resist 3 adorable newborn babies!! Enjoy!

And Emoree... So sweet, I just love this picture of her! :)

You wouldn't believe how hard it was to get 6 tiny little feet to stay together, but we got them!

Thank you so much Richard and Christa for letting me photograph your beautiful family. I can't wait to watch them grow...

Meet Grace...

This is my second time photographing Grace and I just love her! She has the most beautiful blue eyes and such a sweet personality. We had so much fun traveling around town trying to find a place to avoid the WIND and in the process we actually found some really cool spots! :) Even though the wind seemed to find us wherever we went we ended up with some great pictures! Enjoy!!

This is one of my favorites because it pretty much tells the story of our day! WINDBLOWN! :)

I love, love, love this picture!!!

Thanks Grace for letting me photograph you. You are such a sweetheart and I look forward to seeing you again soon. :)

Well, these are the new designs. I hope you like them! Keep in mind that all of these cards are extremely versatile and do not have to be used as birth announcements. They can be used as invitations, thank-you's, graduation announcements, etc... Colors and fonts can also be changed.
Exciting news... I just have to let you all know that as we speak my cousin and his wife are at the hospital having a baby right this second! :) I can't wait to meet her, Adam and Chrissy, I know she is going to be beautiful! I hope you are all doing great, I am sure everyone is tired but she will definitely be worth the wait! I am looking forward to our session, I have so many ideas for her! :)

Twins Storyboard...

I thought I would share one of the storyboards I created for the twins. I wish I could make it bigger but for some reason it isn't working.

Twins, Twins, Twins...

Meet Collin and Sophie... I was so excited when the twins finally arrived because I have been wanting to photograph twins for such a long time. I was so worried that the long trip from New York would leave me with 2 cranky 6 month olds, but despite an ER visit and some sickness the two of them were so happy! Let me just tell you this shoot was absolutely AMAZING!! This is my favorite age to photograph so needless to say I was in heaven!:) I had so much fun with them and it was awesome because their mom was really into it. She was willing to do anything and wanted fun, crazy, natural stuff which is exactly what I am about. There are so many pictures I would love to share but unfortunately I can't show them all because I just don't have time. I tried to pick my favorites which was impossible so I finally just starting posting them. I am so glad I don't have to choose.:) Enjoy!

Meet America's Next Top Model... Sophie

And here is the adorable Collin...

I wanted to get some pictures with their beautiful mom, she isn't a fan of pictures of herself but I think they turned out GREAT!

She is such a striking woman!

By the end of the session the twins were pretty worn out and I was lucky enough to capture this shot... So sweet:)

Thank you so much Jacque and Jason for letting me photograph your little miracles. They are so beautiful and such good babies. I had so much fun and I look forward to seeing you again next month!
