Tanner and Jack...

Last week I had a chance to photograph two of the cutest kids ever... my nephews! ;) I always have so much fun photographing family members because it gives me a chance to be creative and try new things. Tanner and Jack will be turning 6 and 3 in a few weeks so we thought we would do some Birthday/Christmas pictures. Jack used to be one of my toughest little people to shoot but he has turned into quite the little model! Tanner has always been awesome to photograph because he just does whatever I tell him and he is definitely not shy so I don't have to do a whole lot to get him to smile! Here are a few pictures of little Moe and Curly (that is what my husband calls them, which I am sure you can figure out why)! ENJOY! ;)

Tanner and Jack both have the prettiest blue eyes... I love photographing them! :)

I had to post this picture because it shows the personality of these boys perfectly... wild and shy! ;)
Here is a fun idea I wanted to try with Santa... I think it turned out pretty cute!

Thanks boys for putting up with your crazy Aunt Tandi! It was fun seeing you again! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BOTH OF YOU!!!!

Miss Nora...

Little Miss Nora came to see me and my boys today and I must say we had a BLAST! I was such a dork during our little mini session, but it payed off because I managed to get some GREAT shots!;) Nora was so excited to do her pictures because it is a Christmas surprise for her Mom. I have a feeling that Nora might spill the beans (I happen to know that 4-year-olds aren't that great at secrets) so I thought I might give Mommy a little pre-Christmas preview! Here are a few of my favorites pictures of Miss Nora... ENJOY! ;)

Nora has the most amazing eyes which I have never noticed until I starting proofing her pictures... they are such a cool color! ;)

Thanks Nora for making me laugh today!! I had fun hanging out with you and I know your Mommy is going to love her surprise!;) You did such a good job!!!!

Kristin...

Senior season is coming to an end, which makes me a little sad because I have had so much fun photographing the Seniors this year! ;) Kristin picked an awesome day for her pictures because the weather was perfect! She wanted a variety of pictures so we traveled all over town and found some really cool new spots. She is such a pretty girl so of course she had some AMAZING pictures... I am pretty sure it is impossible for her to take a bad picture! Here are a few of my favorite shots.... ENJOY! :)

Kristin wasn't sure about wearing her glasses... but I made her try them for a few and of course some of them ended up being my favorites! ;)
Thanks Kristin for coming to see me! I had a good time hanging out with you... I wish you the best! Have a GREAT Senior year!!!!! ;)

Alex...

I have known Alex my whole life and actually his sister Jade was the first Senior I ever photographed! I can remember going to visit Alex when he was just born and now he is already a Senior... I feel so old! :) During our session we traveled all over town and managed to find some really cool locations. It was FREEZING but we toughed it out and luckily I wasn't able to see any goosebumps in his pictures! :) Here are a few of my favorite shots from my session with Alex... ENJOY! :)

Alex had a ton of great pictures, but I have to say this is one of my favorites!

Thanks Alex for being such a great model!! I hope you have a great Senior year and good luck with whatever you decide to do in your life... ;)

Welcome Lyla Jane...

Many of my blog stalkers might remember the maternity pictures I did for Bret and Niki a few weeks ago... well on October 27th they welcomed sweet little Lyla Jane into the world. I have always heard that good things come to those who wait... well, nothing has taught me that lesson better than photography! In her two weeks of life, I have attempted to photograph little Miss Lyla three different times... and luckily the third time was a charm! ;) I know Niki was about to give it up but I am sure once she sees her pictures she will be glad she stuck to it! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of sweet little Lyla Jane... ENJOY! ;)

Thanks Grandma Schmidt... as always you did a great job on this hat! It is definitely one of my favorites so far! :)

I love her hair... I wish I could have had hairy babies!

Thanks to Amber from http://www.anomalykids.etsy.com/ for custom designing this adorable little hat! I have been waiting to use it and it worked perfectly! Thanks Amber ;)

Thanks Bret and Nik for allowing me to capture Lyla's first moments. Even though it was a challenge, it was definitely worth it! She is beautiful... I am in love! ;) I look forward to watching her grow up. :)

My 3 favorite babies...

I was so excited to see my three favorite babies again! I can't believe they are 6 months old already, it seems like I just did their newborn pictures! It was so fun to see how much they have changed in 6 months... it's amazing how different all of them are! With the triplets we decided to do a couple different sessions because with three babies things tend to be a little chaotic... These little ones are so laid back, but we still couldn't get everything done in one day! Here are a few pictures from our first session... ENJOY! ;)

Sweet little Ciana...

Little Mr. Cade... (look at those BLUE eyes)!

And Little Miss Emoree... ( I'm pretty sure she is the boss of the group)!;)
I love shots like this...
Family pictures were quite challenging with three little ones... I had to be pretty loud and annoying, but I managed to get them looking in the same direction for a few seconds!

Thanks Richard and Christa for coming to see me again! I look forward to seeing all of you again for round 2 in a few weeks! :)
