Weston...

Senior season is in full swing and last week I had the pleasure of shooting my first 2009 Senior boy! Weston and I traveled all over town and ended up snapping some AWESOME pictures! I was a little nervous to photograph Weston because his dad is actually a photographer... (YIKES)! It's always scary for me to know that someone else is going to pick every picture apart like I do... Oh well, I must say I had so much fun photographing Weston because he really didn't care what we did, I think he was just happy to get them done...! :) Here are a few of my favorite shots from my session with Weston... ENJOY!

Weston had so many great pictures but I think this one is my favorite of the day... I LOVE IT!!! :)
Thanks Weston for being my guinea pig! I hope you have a GREAT Senior year, I wish you the best! ;)

Welcome Abigail and Rylee...

Oh my goodness, I get tired just thinking about my session with these sweet little babies! :) After being out of the baby stage for awhile I have forgotten how much work these little creatures are... especially when there are TWO of them! Abigail and Rylee were just 10 days old during our session so they were extremely tiny, I sware they were the size of my hand! It took a little while to get the girls settled down but once we got them comfortable things went pretty smooth. I love photographing newborns because the pictures always turn out so sweet... it always looks as if it were so easy! Ha! :) Here are a few of my favorites from my session with Abigail and Rylee... ENJOY!

Here is sweet little Abigail...
and little miss Rylee...
Awww (Sigh)... :) I love this picture of the girls... so angelic!

Thanks Rick and Danyel for letting me photograph your sweet little miracles. I look forward to watching them grow up. I know how special these little girls are to you and I just want to let you know they are absolutely gorgeous! You are truly blessed! :)

Little man Jack...

This little man is my other adorable nephew... I have lots of them! :) Little man Jack came to visit this past weekend so of course we decided to take some pictures! Jack is usually pretty challenging when it comes to the camera but for some reason this time he was into it, and his pictures definitely show it! Jack and I were having the best time together and then the stinkin wind had to come along and ruin it! :( Oh well, even though we had the wind we still managed to get some cute shots! Here are a few of my favorites from my day with Jack... ENJOY!

Jack usually has the curliest hair I have ever seen but of course the wind was pretty hard on the hairdo! :)

I love this picture because it is vary rare to see this little guy bust a gut laughing, he is so reserved so it was fun to see this side of him! :)

Thanks Jack for hanging out with me! I had such a good time making you laugh... it made my day! I hope to see you again soon! :)

I LOVE these kids...

I was so excited to get my camera on my adorable niece and nephew again! It has been about a year since I have done their pictures so it was definitely time. I love shooting these kids because as you can see they are absolutely gorgeous! ;) Doing pictures for family is always a blast because it gives me a chance to relax and be creative which is just what I need sometimes! I went a little nuts with Kylie and Brody so I decided I would show more than my usual 5... ENJOY!

I LOVED this new spot until we ran into the little creature that lived there... A RATTLESNAKE!!! Needless to say I pretty much felt like a wet noodle the rest of our session! :(

We decided to do a few pictures inside and ended up with some unexpected pictures... I think we might have some future jean models! ;)
Of course Paycen felt left out so he jumped in for one and I must say it turned out pretty cute! :)

Thanks Kylie and Brody for putting up with me again! Someday you will be glad you had a crazy Aunt that loved taking pictures. I had so much fun running around the country with you... (except for the snake part)! I am so glad you came to visit us, we look forward to seeing you again soon! :)

Tessa is ONE!

Last week I had the opportunity to travel to Haxtun for Tessa's First Birthday pictures. The moment I saw Tessa I knew it was going to be a fun shoot because I am such a sucker for bald headed babies! She did a great job and put up with me for quite a long time so needless to say I went snap crazy!! :) Here are a few of my favorites... ENJOY! :)

My favorite kind of family picture... :) I didn't notice how pretty her eyes were until I was proofing her pictures! I LOVE THEM!!
Tessa's Great-Grandma has the most beautiful yard!!! It was an amazing place to do her pictures, and it means something to them which I love!
HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY TESSA! Thanks for being such a good little model, I had so much fun getting to know you! I hope to see you again soon... :)

Brandi...

Oh my gosh... I love this girl! Brandi is one of the most photogenic people I have ever met. I had so much fun during our session because like myself, Brandi is a little crazy when it comes to pictures! :) It was fun listening to all of her ideas and wondering what she was going to think of next. :) After shooting around town we decided to venture down by the river... the next thing I knew we were in the river, which was great except for them darn crawdads (they were a little creepy). ;) I have so many favorites from this session I honestly just closed my eyes and posted a few of them! Enjoy!

I love, love, love, this picture of Brandi... definitely one of my favorites from our session!

Brandi you did such an AMAZING job! I think you were born to be in front of a camera. ;) I had so much fun photographing you. Thank you for all of your ideas and of course thanks for being little "miss drama"! Have a great senior year! I wish you the best! :)
