My baby is 2!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAYCEN!! :) I can't believe my baby is 2 years old already. It seems like he was just born! I have been trying to get some pictures of my little guy for WEEKS!... but like my other son he hates the camera.:( Out of all the kids I have photographed, mine seem to be the hardest! I just don't get it... Even though it was a struggle, we did end up with a few good pictures... Ha!: ) I know I posted a ton of them, but I just couldn't choose... ENJOY!

I wish everyone could have seen what my husband was doing to get this little man to smile... ;) Hey, it worked!

I loved this picture so much I ordered a 20x20 canvas of it in black and white... I am so excited to get it!

I ended up with some GREAT pictures of them together... it was a miraculous day (actually all it took was pretending that a snake was biting me... nice huh?!) :) Since they did such a good job I am also getting this in a 20x20 canvas along with the picture of Pryce below. I did all of them in black and white... I can't wait to see them!
Of course I couldn't just post Paycen, I had to show my favorite of Pryce as well!
I just had to share the storyboard I created for the boys...

Well, that is all for now... I better get the birthday boy some supper! Have a great night!:)

Kamber...

Kamber just happens to be my first senior of the year... Yea!:) For Kamber's session I traveled to Stoneham because we wanted to do some pictures where she has grown up. We had a full morning traveling to different locations and ended up with so many cool pictures! :) Here are just a few of my favorites... ENJOY! :)

It was quite the process to get the horses to cooperate but I actually took this picture without anyone knowing and it ended up being one of my favorite pictures.
Kamber has the prettiest blue eyes, I just love photographing them! :)
I had to post this one because I knew Kamber would love it! Aren't you glad I mentioned the gym idea... :)
Thanks Kamber for putting up with me for so long! You did an awesome job and I absolutely love your pictures... even the barefoot one's. ;) Good luck this year, I hope you have a great Senior year!

Little Miss Lyla Rae...

I have been proofing like crazy and have a about a million to go but I thought I would take a brake to introduce Little Miss Lyla Rae... This sweet little baby is so full of smiles and such a little ham! I just LOVE her! ) Lyla is 6 months old, which is my favorite age to photograph... What can I say, I just love babies that smile at anything and aren't mobile yet! Makes my job so simple! :) I loved all of her pictures but here are a few of my favorites from our session! ENJOY!

This little girl loves to stand as you can tell... I am pretty sure she will be walking before we know it!

I really wanted to capture how small Lyla is in relation to the world and I think with this picture I succeeded.

Thanks Kel and Amy for letting me photograph your sweet little Lyla! She is gorgeous!! We had so much fun with you while you were visiting. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Have a safe trip back to Canada. :)

Cute, cute, family...

I was so excited to get my camera on this family. It has been a few years since I have seen them but they are just as cute now as they were then... :) I took so many pictures of these kids, I just couldn't get enough of them! After about a million pictures Kordell started to fade and he informed me that "he just wasn't cut out for this"... :) He may not think he is cut out for it but after looking at his pictures I think he handled it nicely! Here are a few of my favorites... Enjoy!

They are such a "pretty" family!

I could have taken pictures of Marquel all day long... She is so beautiful and she is only 14!

Kordell loves CU and he really wanted a picture with his football and his jersey. We saved it for the very end and it turned out pretty cute!

Thanks guys for letting me photograph your family... I had such a good time getting to know all of you! I know you had to put up with a lot but I think you will be glad you did once you see the pictures!

Baby on board...

Finally!!!! Maternity pictures... Wa Hoo! :) Jay and Laura are expecting their first child soon so we decided to snap a few of the last "pregnant moments"! I was so excited to finally get a maternity session and I must say I had the perfect model! Any pregnant woman would kill to look like Laura during their pregnancy. She looks sooooo cute! :) I had so much fun running around Jay and Laura's Ranch snapping pictures. Here are a few from our session... ENJOY!

We ended up with a gorgeous sunset so of course I took advantage of it, and I am glad I did!:)

Congratulations Jay and Laura! I am so excited to meet your new addition! He or She will be here before you know it.... I can't wait to see what you have growing in that little tummy!:) My guess is... Boy!

Meet Garrett and Greyson...

Meet Garrett and Greyson... Garrett and Greyson came to visit us all the way from West Virginia. My boys and these boys had the best time together! Somewhere between catching frogs and driving tractors we managed to squeeze some pictures in... I am so glad we did because they turned out so cute! :) ENJOY!

Greyson was so fun to shoot because his red hair makes every picture so darn cute!

Garrett captured a grasshopper during the shoot and it ended up being one of my favorite pictures! ;)

I just love their little wrangler butts! :)

Thank you Garrett and Greyson for keeping me on my toes! I had so much fun chasing you around snapping pictures... I hope you come back soon! ;)

It's that time...

Well, it's wheat harvest time again... Wha Hoo! My boys are so excited to get in the combine and I am so excited to get harvest out of the way! Harvest time is such a fun time for the boys because they get to spend lots of time with their Dad and Grandpa, plus they get a break from me... which is a good thing! :) I have been waiting all year to do wheat pictures and after looking at a few of them it was well worth the wait! ENJOY!

Happy Harvest! Have a great day. :)

Cole and Erika...

Meet Cole and Erika... For Cole and Erika's engagement session we decided to do pictures on the family farm. I am such a fan of on location pictures because it is so fun to find places that are special to the couple. The weather was awesome during our session and the pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! Here are just a few of my favorites! :) ENJOY!

They look so cute together!!! (Sigh....) Erika is such a pretty girl.

Congratulations Cole and Erika on your engagement! I know the two of you will be so happy together. Thank you so much for letting me photograph this special time in your lives. I can't wait for you to see your proofs! :)

Meet Albert and Loretta...

Meet Albert and Loretta... Every time I think of my session with Albert and Loretta I just get the giggles because they were so funny! They remind me so much of my grandparents... and like my grandparents, I am sure they thought some of my ideas were rediculous but they played along and in the end we got some great pictures! Here are a few of my favorites from our session... Enjoy!

I took this picture just for fun and it ended up being one of my all time favorites! :)

Congratulations Albert and Loretta on your 50 years of marriage! I wish both of you many more together! Thanks for making me laugh! :)
